Happy Happy Hump Day!!


I started the day with a day-glo green monster lol. It came out super bright green.

Here's what went in:

1 big handful of fresh kale
1/2 frozen banana
1 cup almond milk
1/4 cup TJs canned pumpkin
3/4 scoop vanilla protein powder
ice

It was super good.


I also had this week's usual addition 3 macaroons and some AB. I always eat one of the macaroons while I'm making the GM :)

I packed a super tasty lunch:



an "everything" salad with some avocado to add and a couple of pieces of dark chocolate for dessert. I also packed some carrot sticks, strawberries, cherries and almonds for snacking.

After work before my workout, I polished off the remaining two mini macaroons and had half a banana with some AB.

Tonight I did triceps, biceps, some light shoulders and chest and back. Then I did 10 minutes on the step mill and 20 on the treadmill. It was super hot in the gym again today so I just did what I could, I was pouring sweat when I left, not such a bad thing though!

Before I left for the gym I threw a sweet potato into the oven so it would be ready when I got home. So my post workout dinner was this:


An almond milk/vanilla protein shake, half my sweet potato and half of a cucumber with some mashed avocado for dipping. Nothing fancy, but it was GOOD!




Well I'm off, gotta get some work in before bed time. The husband and I are watching a super scary movie (The Haunting in Connecticut), I have a feeling I might be wound up for a while before I'm able to go to sleep!!
